With a strong foundation in clinical medicine—including experience spanning cardiology to surgical, to high-risk postpartum care—she brings a disciplined, safety-first perspective to every aspect of aesthetic medicine. After completing her master’s degree through Simmons University,

Mae transitioned fully into aesthetics with a clear intention: to change the atmosphere in the aesthetics industry and thoughtfully elevate both patient outcomes and provider education within medical aesthetics.

As a dedicated educator, she travels nationally for advanced training and ongoing education, ensuring her practice remains at the forefront of innovation and technique. Most importantly, Mae is deeply committed to mentoring medical providers, believing that collaboration, refined skill, and shared knowledge are what move the aesthetics field forward. As the curator of Kultur Med Spa, she ensures our doors are always open to patient and provider alike of any kind. Her vision is rooted in integrity, artistry, and an unwavering belief that confidence begins with exceptional care.

Crystal Navarro

Crystal is an aesthetic specialist who seamlessly transitions 16 years of unwavering medical dedication, honed in the Emergency Department, into the field of aesthetic medicine. Driven by a deep-rooted desire to care for people, she merges her comprehensive clinical knowledge with specialized skincare to empower clients to look and feel their best. Crystal is committed to continuous professional growth, constantly seeking out new techniques and advancements in the evolving landscape of aesthetics. Her goal is to ensure the highest standard of personalized care at Kultur, helping every client achieve their skincare goals and regain confidence with enthusiasm and dedication.

Cassie

Cassie, our expert Laser Technician, is certified by the National Laser Institute and personally trained by Mae herself. With a keen eye for detail and a naturally calming presence, Cassie brings unmatched precision, care, and artistry to every treatment she performs.
From targeted skin concerns to gentle hair removal to advanced laser technologies, Cassie delivers results you can trust. Her work is defined by both technical excellence and a sincere passion for enhancing confidence, beauty, and overall wellness.

Mikaila

Mikaila, our highly skilled Esthetician, brings a unique blend of discipline, intuition, and expertise to every service she provides. With the precision of a former collegiate athlete and the insight gained from years as a business owner, she approaches skincare with both technical mastery and a deep understanding of overall wellness.
Drawing from her background in health and fitness—and her love for staying active outdoors—Mikaila’s philosophy is simple: beauty begins the moment you choose to care for yourself, and the rest is elevated through thoughtful, skilled hands. With her refined approach and unwavering commitment to results, she guides each client toward feeling balanced, confident, and exceptionally cared for.

Kenyatta

Holding a BASc in Applied Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from Campbell University, Kenyatta has built an extensive background in Infection Control, further enhancing her expertise through APIC's intensive training program. Her journey into the beauty industry began at AVEDA in Chapel Hill, NC, where she became a licensed esthetician, developing a profound love for all things beauty. Kenyatta is also certified in/on multiple aesthetic medical devices showcasing her dedication to excellence and continuous growth in her field.
